Classic Cuisine was founded by real chefs, for real caterers who wanted simplicity with extremely high quality.  

The Innovation Kitchen
At the heart of our approach is a dedicated 'Innovation Kitchen'.  It goes beyond conventional new product development (NPD) that often just creates variations of existing ideas.

Instead, the Innovation Kitchen gives our chefs a free and open brief to create outstanding new gourmet meals as 'signature dishes', for food that demonstrates the very best in individually hand finished prepared meals.

Caterers can use Classic Cuisine dishes to mark out their own individuality.

Research and attention to detail are a major factor in our success.  For example, we spent several months formulating and perfecting a pastry which would remain perfect after blast freezing. The results have to be tasted to be believed.

The factory is designed to precisely replicate the cooking process of a real chef in a real kitchen.  Each prepared meal ends up as a perfect reflection of the original gourmet dish.

And if you want a bespoke variation on the dish - or perhaps have a completely new idea of your own - you'll find Classic Cuisine very receptive to creating what you need.
