Research and attention to detail are a major factor in our success. For example, we spent several months formulating and perfecting a pastry which would remain perfect after blast freezing. The results have to be tasted to be believed.
The factory is designed to precisely replicate the cooking process of a real chef in a real kitchen. Each prepared meal ends up as a perfect reflection of the original gourmet dish.
