By including pre-made dishes on the menu, it’s possible to free up time back of house, and add skills into the kitchen. Dishes like savoury pies topped with dauphinoise potatoes might not be possible to make entirely in house, but by working together, we can make these for busy kitchens, who plate and serve them on location. 

It’s also possible to elevate dishes to new heights. We bring experience and expertise in cooking techniques meaning we can create bespoke shapes and elements to bring the wow factor to the table. We’ve been working on creating dishes like chocolate trees and chocolate bombs, complete with piping bags for the finishing touches to be done in house, ensuring dishes are both delicious and hand finished.
