Our favourite classic dishes

We’ve been busy in the kitchen and factory cooking up delicious sweet and savoury dishes for restaurants, pubs, cafes and other venues all year. As the end of the year approaches, it’s a good time to look back at some of our, and our customers’ favourite dishes. 

From gluten free desserts to classic mains, vegan pies to mouth watering puddings, we love creating great food that perfectly fits your menu and keeps your customers coming back for more.

Salted caramel brownie – a vegan brownie, made with dark chocolate with a layer of salted caramel and topped with a chocolate glaze, decorated with gold splashes.

Jewelled nut roast – this is a delicious nut roast round made with walnuts, cashews, butternut, and a sweet contrast of sweet potato, carrots, and cheddar cheese. It’s topped with a white onion marmalade with apricots, cranberries, and flaked almonds for added texture.

Chocolate coconut torte – plant based desserts don’t get better than this, and this dish is as popular with vegans and non-vegans alike. The base is sweetened with date paste, and filled with vegan chocolate. 

Beef lasagna – we love making vegan and gluten free dishes, but that doesn’t mean we don’t know how to make a show stopping meat based classic like this. A true comfort meal, it used high quality ingredients and remains a favourite on menus across the country. 

Raspberry frangipane tart – a nostalgic dish that everyone loves, this delicious dessert is made with ground almonds (making it naturally gluten free) and filled with a raspberry compote.
