We’ve been in the food service industry for over 30 years and understand the challenges that come with running a kitchen. We act as a partner, creating bespoke and delicious dishes that come with great service, to help make running your kitchen as easy as possible.

Hand finished products

Depending on your needs, we can deliver dishes that require minimal plating, to save time and make serving easier. We consider transportation and serving at the development stage to ensure that finished products meet your needs and work logistically. You might want dishes to be finished in house or prefer us to embellish at the production stage depending on budget and individual requirements.

Reliable supply chain

We know that a strong supply chain, and partner with capacity and brand consistency are critical for the success of any kitchen. We work to make supply and delivery as reliable and stress free as possible for clients, ensuring you have what you need, when you need it. Our team is made up of an experienced team of over 50 members of staff with an average of 14 years at the business, who are committed to help your team deliver the best to customers.

Our development team works closely with clients to design and create the best dishes that integrate well with other dishes and the menus as a whole. This collaborative working relationship means we can often problem solve and come up with creative solutions – whether it’s updating a dish to cater to a certain requirement, designing a new dish to fit with existing options, or understanding specific requirements a kitchen might have in terms of equipment or staff.
